creativity

noun

  1. the use of imagination or original ideas to create something; inventiveness.

How do you measure creativity? The Oxford definition gives us three factors to consider: imagination, original ideas, and inventiveness; but I believe the fourth and most important factor when it comes to the creative process is research.

From shifting gears during the covid pandemic from in-store activations to digital campaigns for Sunlight, to literally placing banking products in the hands of potential acquisitions for Standard Bank; my creative campaigns are based on the molecular marketing approach to brand development.

My passion and interest in the latest technological advancements helps drives ideas that are not only cutting-edge, but provide unique consumer engagement experiences, such as integrated event applications and NFT team building activities. Often my ultimate test of a new idea comes when I go to find a photo of it to include in a presentation, only to find that it has not been executed in the way that I have thought of. This is when I know I have to do it.

Below are a selection of brand campaigns and event proposals that will give you an insight into my creative process.
